SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented individual to join our growing team.This position is for a Production Manager, one who has high-level experience with ordering materials and managing multiple production schedules.You must be an effective communicator and very detail-oriented. The Production Manager will be responsible forlearning all products offered/available for roofing, siding, and gutters. This position will be the leader in all operations and production for our sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Production and Construction Management

• Expertise in exterior building products (i.e. Roofing, siding, and gutters)

• Excellent operational skills

• 3-5 years previous experience managing employees

• Previous experience working with SubContractors

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)

• Must be able to interact with a large sales team

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

• CRM savvy

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Goal oriented
