In this Staff Software Engineer role, you will be an integral part of one Engineering domain team! 

What You'll Do

• Provide direction and guidance for large feature work at the inception stage
• Assist individual teams in refactoring and enforcing core architectural principles
• Focusing on our core application, but also additional product(s) and their interaction
• Have opinions and know-how on how best to implement enterprise quality code design, with Python principles preferred
• Help the organization improve reliability through the creation and maintenance of robust test suites

• You have a Strong development background with a lot of experience in Python or Java/Node/.NET
• You have previous hands-on experience with architectural design
• A profound understanding of how to best create a modern SaaS-based web application
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure development and tech stacks
• Experience designing systems that scale, validated through performance and load testing
• Skilled at conflict management and resolution
