Warehouse Team LeadWe are growing again and have an amazing opportunity for Warehouse Team Leads who are self-starters. This role requires an individual that will take charge and have the willingness to roll up their sleeves and resolve issues independently. Must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday / 4:00am - 12:30pm These positions will require mandatory overtime. Compensation to Start: $20.00 - $22.00 (depending on experience)Job Duties:Support the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Manager in the distribution of workload assignments for the workgroup while providing support to warehouse representatives.Ensures consistent enforcement of company, safety, and department policies and procedures within the prescribed department(s) and reports problems or concerns to Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.As a working lead, you will still safely operate a forklift or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.Performs other warehouse-related duties and projects as assigned.Find ways to cut waste with LEAN initiatives (if you don't know what LEAN is don't worry, we'll teach you!) Qualifications:18 months of warehouse or logistics experience and operations12 months of experience in a leadership role is strongly preferred. Lead experience with 5 or more employeesAble to adapt in a fast-moving environment including handling multiple projects at one timeEffectively communicate in writing and verbally to warehouse workers, CSRs, and leaders of all levels within the organizationAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when and if neededCommunication skills both written and verbal Additional Benefits:Advancement Opportunities- No degree required!Merit increases for performancePaid Time Off (Vacation and Personal– Accrued starting with first check, Sick and holiday– after 90 days of employment).Holiday Premiums for holidays worked (no wait time for this benefit!
