State of South Carolina is Hiring a Human Resources Assistant - Columbia Near Columbia, SC
This position reports to the Human Resources Department in Columbia. Incumbent will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department in accordance with all applicable State HR regulations, State, and Federal laws. Will provide assistance to the HR Operations Team and with HR Special Projects as needed. Responsible for front desk duty, answering phone calls, emails and welcoming in walk-ins. Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files. Utilizes Microsoft Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to process a high volume of requests. High school diploma and professional administrative experience. A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience. Supplemental questions are not considered part of your official application.
