This position provides individualized vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities in achieving employment outcomes. Responsibilities include specific administrative and rehabilitation assistance to one or more vocational rehabilitation professionals; conducts intake interview with clients, make vendor payments, provides counseling on job and career development, provides job search assistance services, case management, provides customer service to individuals with disabilities and local businesses, and works with network workforce partners in local communities. This position is funded by a grant through December 31, 2023.
This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.

What You Can Offer Us
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

- Meet minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field including but not limited to Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, and Education including Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education.
- One year of experience in career counseling, social work, or human services. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
