About the Department of Child Services:

Salary:
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $67,314. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.
Role Overview:
This position will work on I-KIDS reporting development as well as current system data requests and meet with the business reqularly to understand data needs, collaborating with the developer(s) to ensure the data queried meets that need via vetting the data, creating visual and dashboards as needed, following all dashboard development and design standards and best practices, and updating the dashboard based on teams/supervisor/ business feedback. The analyst will also work on HelpDesk tickets around reports/dashboards as they come in to ensure the report is fixed or that the user understands how the dashboard works. The analyst will also review and test others' dashboards, including Accenture-created dashboards.
