LVN for STAT SPECIALTY HOSPITAL - Eagle Pass
We are looking for an experienced LVN to work for our Hospital Emergency Department. We promote high quality patient care and superior customer service as our #1 priority. We offer flexible work schedules!
Must provide availability to work at least 3 shifts per month, one shift must be a weekend shift. Additionally, availability for 2 holiday shifts are required (one summer and one winter holiday).
Job Summary: To provide high quality patient-focused health care services to all patients within the scope of practice through physician orders in accordance with all Texas state laws and regulations and company policies. Serves as point of contact for clinical staff at the clinic assigned and assists the physician/provider in monitoring ancillary staff in carrying out physician/provider delegated orders and tasks. Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of Texas.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent patient care and customer service.
Effective Team Player.
Detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Efficient time management skills with ability to anticipate workflow and perform synchronous tasks.
Basic typing and computer proficiency, preferably experienced with Windows, Microsoft.
Willingness to learn and perform when the situation calls for extra support, assist team with basic facility maintenance such as emptying trash, unpacking linens, and keeping facility in exception condition.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience: 1 year ER/ Critical Care, preferred
Required education: State license as Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing and Basic Life Support Certification. ACLS & PALS must be attained within 12 months of employment.
