The Sales Enablement Specialist will partner with Sales Management to drive consistency, predictability, and continuous improvement across our sales organization. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can work directly with internal stakeholders, understand their needs, and build solutions accordingly. Primary Objectives

Reporting to the global head of Revenue Operations & Strategy, you will help to develop and rollout StarRez’s sales enablement program. You will partner closely with Sales Management to drive three critical components of the role:

  1. Develop and continuously improve the sales playbook
  1. Optimize key sales systems and tools
  1. Coach and train sellers

Major Accountabilities

Develop and continuously improve sales playbook:

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop, continuously improve, and update the sales playbook
  • Organize and assist in the development of key sales enablement content (e.g. pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, value calculators) and incorporate into the playbook
  • Partner with Product & Marketing to stay on top of market updates (e.g. competitor updates, changing industry dynamics, M&A activities) and incorporate salient points into the playbook
  • Ensure regular utilization of key sales assets through regular communication with sellers and Sales Management

Optimize key sales systems and tools:

  • Lead the rollout of new additions to our tech stack
  • Setup call scoring rubric in our call recording software tool and utilize call recording to reinforce StarRez’s sales methodology
  • Document library of calls that highlight best-in-class examples of the sales methodology; organize and incorporate those calls into the sales playbook
  • Lead the rollout of a sales engagement platform (e.g. Salesloft) across the full sales team
  • Partner with Product Marketing to Co-Lead monthly Group Win/Loss Analysis and facilitate insights
  • Update and continuously improve seller dashboards in Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales Management to develop effective, targeted prospecting campaigns

Coach and train sellers:

  • Develop and continuously improve the Sales Training Program by identifying and addressing ongoing learning opportunities via data driven feedback gathered from sales team
  • Assess and evaluate new seller performance (post-bootcamp) to continuously improve ramp times
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Management to train the sales team on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials to differentiate StarRez’s customer journey and increase win rates.
  • Work with sellers to establish and document bi-weekly territory plans

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales/Marketing Analytics, or Consulting experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com (Required)
  • Ability to quickly ramp up and develop strong proficiency across key software tools (e.g. Gong, Salesloft)
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects in an organized and thoughtful manner
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously; ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
