Two James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs, Keith McNally, and Stephen Starr collaborated on the reopening of the iconic French Brasserie concept Pastis in NYC. We are thrilled to share Pastis’ success and expansion to the Wynwood District of Miami - Opening April '23!
We are in search of a lead-by-example Executive Sous Chef who has a passion for creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency.
Pastis Miami will feature some of the many elements it’s known and loved for. The dining room features a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors. The expansive space, inclusive of a breathtaking glass-covered patio, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare in a timeless Parisian brasserie, no matter the weather!
