This person will support the Technology Operations Manager at the Store and Corporate Levels for Starbird.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • Must have Low Voltage installation experience.
  • Must possess and have knowledge of tools, circuit testers, tracers, low voltage termination and cabling.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with using a computer.
  • Must have a vehicle and some tools
  • Be able to travel around the SF Bay Area to various Starbird locations; paid travel and expenses
  • Technology onboarding and offboarding
  • Helpdesk support

Additional Understanding of or Experience:

  • Troubleshooting circuits and networks - RJ45, Cat5/6, Termination and Cabling
  • Networks, WiFi, Low Voltage and POS System
  • Tracing and testing network circuits
  • General maintenance of MS Windows OS server and client computers
  • Aloha POS and Kitchen Video systems
  • iOS devices and setup
  • Surveillance IP PoE Cameras and NVR, App configuration
  • Audio systems and signal flow
  • VoiP phone systems using Zoom Phone
  • Basic electricity - ohm’s law and high voltage circuits amperage distribution
  • Adobe Photoshop and Premiere editing software
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

  • POS Terminals – understanding of connectivity
  • Epson Printers - Serial and IP interfaces

  • Payment Devices – Verifone/EMV
  • Command Center (CMC)
  • OLO – online ordering provider, Light Menu and Ordering Management
  • Thanx – app and loyalty provider
  • 3rd Party Ordering – DoorDash, Uber, Grubhub
  • Kiosk Management
  • Menu Management
  • Ubiquiti Unifi Gateways and Switches
  • Unifi Access Points
  • Computer Language (general knowledge and understanding)-
