Dental Associates of Lake Jackson is now hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator in Lake Jackson,TX!
Schedule: M-Th 8 AM-5 PM; First Fridays of each month 8 AM-1 PM
We are committed to providing the highest quality of clinical care and personalized service in a warm and compassionate atmosphere. Drs. Philip Koury and our entire team enjoy getting to know each patient and the family, and love creating relationships that last multiple generations.
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Manage unscheduled, asap and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
