Job Description:
We are seeking for thriving candidates who want to join us and propel our electrification journey at Star Charge located in Fremont, CA.
The Finance Executive is expected to:
· Assist on all account booking for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP and fixed assets etc.
· Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
· Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
· Prepare weekly sales report to ensue all transactions are accounted for
· Assist with audit queries and reports
· Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
· Assist on GST filing
· Assist on refine existing processes and procedures with financial implications as part of the continuous efforts to enhance corporate governance
· Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
· Any other duties as required by the manager/director
Job Requirements
Diploma in Finance/ Business/Accounting with minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting
Fluency in spoken and written English, Chinese ability is priority.
Good report writing and communication skills
Good analytical thinking skills and customer service skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, experienced in ERP systems and other evolving digital processing systems
Experience in SAP is preferred
Team player, good personal communication skills, inquisitive with a can-do attitude
