Staffworks is hiring for a 3rd shift Supervisor for a client in Vestal, NY. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all employees and service operations on-site to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time exempt position.

Duties will include:

- Client Retention & Satisfaction

- Employee Supervision & Retention: directly supervises on-site staff and works with them to ensure they understand assigned job duties

- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Trains employees, schedules employee shifts by planning and assigning work schedules

- Responsible for overseeing employee performance, and issuing corrective disciplines where necessary while addressing complaints and resolving issues

- Coordinating coverage for employee absences

- This is a working supervisory role, so in addition to supervisory duties, this person will also do the same cleaning tasks as the employees including floor care and general cleaning/maintenance

- Following all safety precautions and ensure that the team practices and follows company safety policies

- Provide feedback to Operations Director & HR Manager as necessary in regards to customer and/or employee activity

Qualified Candidates will:

- Have a High School Diploma or GED; continuing education and training will be required on the job

- Minimum of 2-4 years' related experience

- On-site Supervisory and/or Management Experience

- Have the ability to multi-task and establish work priorities

- Have the ability to maintain organization in a changing environment

- Be responsible, show initiative, leadership, and be flexible with changes

- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. as needed Pay: $19-$21 based on experience

Hours: Sunday through Saturday 10:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M.
