Looking for Certified Nursing Assistant, preferably with experience working in the nursing home setting for 7pm-3pm and 3pm-11pm (evening) shift. Work locations are in Bronx, NY

Job Requirements:

• Current NY CNA license and registration
• Resume
• CPR / BLS Certificate
• Physical Exam
• 2-Step PPD / Quantiferon or Chest X-ray
• MMRV - Lab Results for Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella
• COVID Test ( Recently Taken )

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs all direct care services in accordance with the Resident’s Care Plan
• Performs necessary tasks to help the resident in ADL’s including, but not limited to, walking, toileting, changing, preparing for, and feeding meals with or without assistance
• Performs tasks necessary to help the resident in maintaining personal hygiene such as, but not limited to, oral, foot, eye, and ear care
• Participate in admission of residents as directed by Charge Nurse including, but not limited to greeting the resident and family and ensuring room and bed are ready.
• Participate in transfer and discharge of residents, including, but not limited to pack and log
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents onto and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
