STAFFING SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist (FT) Near Vernon, CA
- Coordinate and assist with attracting and referring candidates for open positions through the company website, employee referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Organize and attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events to assist with recruiting needs.
- Assist managers and supervisors with internal job postings and new hire requisitions.
- Holding preliminary interviews either by phone, zoom, or in-person.
- Work with community outreach programs to source candidates in support of our Affirmative action goals.
- Conduct exit interviews to understand opportunities for improved retention.
- Communicate with managers to decide on qualifications for positions.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
- 5 years of human resources recruiting experience.
- 5 years of light industrial recruiting experience.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.).
- Familiarity with social media and the internet.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Less than 20% travel requirement.
