What we are looking for: We are looking for a skilled recruiter to bring their innovative nature to the recruiting strategies. This role works closely with our managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. The ideal candidate has a respectful/professional can-do attitude toward candidates and co-workers along with prior experience in full cycle recruitment and best practices in hiring. You stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements. You have a personal commitment to grow professionally by seeking out networking and ongoing training opportunities. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, coordinating the interview process, and following up with candidates during the onboarding process to drive company growth, and help individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you. This role is full cycle recruitment and will have an emphasis on staffing in the medical field.
Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Pay Range: $45,000 - $54,000
Location: Onsite M-F; 8am-5pm Flexible Scheduling , Stadium Medical Ambulance in Denver, CO 80204
