This role works closely with our managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. This role is full cycle recruitment and will have an emphasis on staffing in the medical field.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire and retain top talent
• Continuously design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
• Use multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates

Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

• Managing technical writing for compliance and staff investigation including staff disciplinary procedures
• Interact with outsourced vendors for recruiting and HR support as needed
• Create and maintain routine reports and spreadsheets to provide requested info in a timely manner
• Build and maintain dynamic rapport and working relationship with Stadium Medical/LimoCare staff
• Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization in a positive and cooperative manner

Pay Range: $45,000 - $54,000
