THE OPPORTUNITY: People Operations Specialist We are seeking a dynamic, detail oriented, and service minded professional to join our team. Reporting to the People Operations Business Partner, this role will serve as a valued member of the People Operations Team and play a key role in supporting Staccato with a “people first” mindset. 

THE ROLE: The People Operations Specialist will be an integral part of the People Operations team, helping to make Staccato an employer of choice now and in the future by delivering excellent service to all external and internal talent. This dynamic individual will attract and source talent, coordinate interviews with key stake holders, and help drive employee engagement. 

  • Own the front in recruiting process for assigned requisitions
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding staffing needs
  • Monitor ATS and Employee Referral applicants 
  • Screens talent and facilitates in person interviews, following up with candidates and hiring managers through the selection process
  • Responsible for coordinating & completing new hire onboarding, ensuring first day logistics are communicated across the team
  • Maintains accurate record keeping on all candidates hired into the company
  • Conducts weekly, monthly, quarterly surveys to ensure new team member satisfaction
  • Track and communicate all team member milestones
  • Participate in planning and executing company events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or previous experience in recruiting/employee relations preferred 
  • 1 year experience full life cycle recruiting in manufacturing or related field preferred
  • Experience managing or supervising staff within the manufacturing industry or related field preferred 
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & HRIS
  • Experience with Paylocity, LinkedIn, and Indeed 
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
