The ideal candidate will support internal procurement audit, implementing procurement policy and insuring compliance with the requirements of ManTech Procurement Policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Public Law, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) in support of procurement activity in excess of $500 million annually. The successful candidate will work with the Director of Procurement Compliance to ensure overall team compliance, performance and accountability. Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities Conducting real time comprehensive audits to identify potential instances of fraud, waste, abuse, or similar misuse Monitor Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for industry updates and changes Maintaining records of analysis performed Preparing reports and briefings as required Collaborate with Management and external auditors to help support Contract Procurement System Review (CPSR) Review and approve complex, critical procurements for completeness and compliance with both ManTech procurement policy and Government procurement regulations. Analyze supplier financial health and reviewing proposed terms and conditions while in compliance with ManTech’s Procurement Manuals and policies and procedures Disseminate training and industry trends to the procurement team Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies 10 years of experience in criminal or administrative investigations in positions of regulatory responsibility and authority including relevant and direct experience working with Federal Government approved purchasing system through a CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) audit Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared briefings Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest levels of ethical standards Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, objectivity, and discretion in a sensitive environment Demonstrated investigative judgement and the ability to follow up on questions that arise Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies Working knowledge of diverse government agencies and community policies/guidance, particularly in the areas of security and risk management Technical background experience desired, but not required Ability to obtain government security clearance Physical Requirements Sedentary Position For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
