We are seeking to fill the position of Dietary Aide - Part-Time.

Dietary Aide Job Summary:

• Dish and serve food to trays or dishes for delivery to Residents, either in their rooms or the dining room, and to employees.
• Deliver food to various rooms and floors of home and meets the special requests of Residents and staff.
• Clear tables, scrape trays and other duties to clean up and reset areas and carts for next meal.
• Prepare cold food items on request such as salads, vegetables and fruit.
• May be assigned to scrub pots, wash dishes, clean tables, sweep and mop floors and other tasks.
• Maintain diet cards or other records needed by department to ensure proper care and feeding of Residents.
• Fill other kitchen and food service responsibilities as needed.

Dietary Aide Qualifications:

• Work at a fast pace to meet the deadlines for Resident and Staff meal service and clean up.
• Read, write, and speak English (communication, label reading, MSDS sheet reading, instructions and directions).
• Heavy lifting required.
• Must be able to work weekends depending on the needs of the department.
