St. Luke's United Methodist Church is a large, fast-growing church with multiple campuses and a significant outreach to the community. We currently have a position available for a Part Time Evening Custodian/Maintenance at our St. Luke’s Downtown location.
Essential Functions:

• Cleaning duties such as trash removal, vacuuming, and mopping
• Perform light maintenance duties
• Perform Closing duties, such as locking up buildings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Proficiencies:

• Desire to serve others such as; guests, staff members, and volunteers
• Flexibility to adjust and resolve last minute situations
• Ability to lift chairs and move tables (up to 50lbs or more)
• Must have custodial and light maintenance experience
• Experience with more than light maintenance a plus (changing light bulbs, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, etc.)

Additional Information:
• Part-Time hourly position: $17 hr (negotiable, commensurate with experience)
• Hours of Facility Operation: 6am - 10pm daily
• Position Hours: M-F Evenings, and some Saturday or Sunday evenings
• Specific days, start times, and end times may vary
• Must pass extensive background check
