- Paralegal training and certification
- Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts, along with an ability to draft contractual instruments
- Working knowledge of intellectual property concepts and issues
- Working knowledge of corporate compliance issues
- Ability to communicate legal and business issues and processes to all relevant stakeholders, along with overall excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Paralegal Certificate required and bachelors degree preferred
- 2-5 years of corporate contracting experience
