Position Summary:
Demonstrates knowledge of skilled clinical nursing. Works under the supervision of registered nurse and per physician orders. The licensed practical nurse creates a work environment that is goal directed, culturally and age specific.

Education:
Graduate from a vocational program for licensed practical nursing.

Experience:
Two years nursing experience, home care preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing and a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
