Job Purpose
The IT Support Specialist will provide support for multiple applications and software including but not limited to Microsoft, MS Office Suite, Northstar, and other hospitality and financial related software. This includes troubleshooting, isolating and resolving issues to software platforms, wired and wireless networks, computer peripherals, printers, and VOIP phones throughout the organization. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT investments. Responsible for assisting in the improvement of existing and new software applications. This position is also directly responsible for the physical setup, transportation, and delivery of hardware to the various departments and provide on-site support when working with our IT support. Works closely with our IT provider to ensure continuity of technology provided.

Physical Requirements
Required to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, walk, stoop, bend, stretch and reach. May be required to lift up to 40 pounds. Vision must be correctable to read and write. Hearing must be sufficient to understand conversation in an office environment with a moderate noise level. Must have hand usage to operate keyboard.
