Job Summary
SSR Logistics is seeking a full-time Office Administrator/ Dispatcher to add to it's team. The Office Administrator will be a vital addition to our small, developing organization and will gain valuable knowledge and first-hand experience within the Transportation / Logistics Industry. High-performing employees have potential for growth within the company.
SAMPLING OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Correspond with customers and drivers
- Field incoming phone calls
- Monitor and process mail, company email, and fax
- Enter new clients and orders into database
- Verify, scan, and save documents
- Send documents and correspondence to clients and terminal managers
- Monitor freight
- Process carrier paperwork
- Daily status calls and updates to drivers
- Updating orders in database
- Other administrative duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27,300.00 - $31,200.00 per year
