Job Description UI developer, responsible for the development of new, responsive user interfaces across the Fund Services organization. This person will be a member of our Data and Reporting team partnering with UX Architect / Visual Design Lead. Financial background a plus. Responsibilities Collaborate with data and backend engineers to build web application features. Build reusable, testable code and libraries. Participate in design and code review. Optimize the web application for maximum speed and scalability. Translate UI/UX wireframes and/or user stories to visual elements. Cooperate with back-end engineers in process of building Restful APIs. Write user stories. Build end-to-end and unit tests Skills and Qualifications 4 years of experience Expert knowledge of JavaScript. Experience in modern JavaScript libraries and tooling. Experience using ES6, ES7, and Typescript features. Familiarity with server side MVC web framework such as Java and NodeJS. Experience using CSS preprocessor such as SCSS, Pug, etc. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and related web technologies. Experience with Angular 8 , AngularJS, React (Optional) Experience with AG Grid and Highcharts Experience with cloud development and containers Familiarity using Angular Material, Twitter Bootstrap 3 and 4 to generate responsive pages. Experience working with testing tools like Protractor, Selenium, Cucumber, Jasmine, and Chai. Strong architectural application fundamentals. Ability to write non-blocking code and resorting to advanced techniques for performance. Awareness of responsive compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations.
