We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for our Long term care skilled nursing facilities. This recruiter will be developing and maintaining the talent acquisition program by recruiting, screening and making offers to candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead talent acquisition program
• Source, recruit and screen candidates
• Refer applicants to appropriate department management to extend offers
• Participate in career fairs, online job fairs, networking events, etc.
• Advertise job openings
• Facilitate employee training programs
