Seagrass Village of Fleming Island is a luxurious Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Fleming Island, Florida. Seagrass Village of Fleming Island offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of an Executive Director. Incumbent will be responsible for managing and successfully executing the day-to-day operations of the community and carrying out supervisory responsibilities for all departments in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing employee relations including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
- Managing resident relations, including resident care, resident needs, communicating with family members.
- Developing community relationships and building a positive culture.
- Budget management

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in the senior housing industry, enjoy working with senior citizens, have knowledge and understanding of the unique needs of assisted living and memory care residents, and proven commitment to service and excellence. Current appropriate licensure/certification and the ability to pass a level 2 background screening.
