Westhill Newnan Crossing is a luxurious Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Newnan, Georgia. Westhill Newnan Crossing offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.
We are seeking a Caregiver that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.
In the role of a Caregiver, you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The incumbent will attend to all the daily living needs of residents; assistance with ADL’s, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry. Caregiver's while encouraging resident independence; ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standards. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.
Shift Availability:
Full-Time
11p - 7a
Schedule: 12-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability
Rate of pay: Starting rate is $13.50 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts

Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
