New Haven at Little River is a luxurious Independent Living, Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Little River, SC. New Haven at Little River offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

We are recruiting for a dynamic Care Coordinator who can provide consistent quality resident care and service; delivered throughout all shifts. The incumbent is responsible for scheduling organizes and managing all aspects of a patient’s healthcare maintenance and treatment, including accepting management responsibilities of the Nursing Department in absence of the director of resident services.

Must demonstrate and promote a culture that embraces compassion, character, and commitment to every individual in the workplace. Dedicated to providing the best heartfelt care and services to our residents and their families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
