Job Posting Title: Revenue Cycle Analyst Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports to Revenue Cycle leadership. Work with the Analytics and Finance team to develop new reports and dashboards for Revenue Cycle. Perform analysis of data including pivot tables, detailed, and summary reports based on request. Maintain Epic Revenue Cycle tables and make updates based on recommendations from leadership Assist with monthly departmental quality assurance process Maintain the hospital’s Charge Description Master (CDM). Act as a liaison between the Revenue Cycle department and the revenue-generating departments of the hospital Conduct periodic pricing reviews to ensure integrity of mark-up formulas, and assist with annual pricing study to adjust CDM prices based on market and payor allowances. Implement changes to the CDM in accordance with quarterly and annual CPT-4 code updates. Conduct periodic review of Pharmacy, and Supplies mark-up formulas and ensure that charges are interfacing accurately into Epic with the appropriate HCPCS codes and prices. Assist with annual maintenance of the Price Transparency files, audit of the Price Estimator tool and other regulatory requirements mandated by the federal and state government. Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of relevant experience required. Strong analytical skills required.
