The Beacon of Gulf Breeze is a luxurious assisted living and memory care community in Gulf Breeze, FL. Our community is a resort-style atmosphere that provides the finest senior living experiences, and a wide variety of zestful activities for seniors calling or wanting to call this beautiful area home.
We are recruiting for a dynamic Care Coordinator who can provide consistent quality resident care and service delivered throughout all shifts. The incumbent is responsible for scheduling organizes and managing all aspects of a patient’s healthcare maintenance and treatment, including accepting management responsibilities of the Nursing Department in absence of the director of resident services.
Must demonstrate and promote a culture that embraces compassion, character, and commitment to every individual in the workplace. Dedicated to providing the best heartfelt care and services to our residents and their families.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid Florida Nursing License or Medical Technician Certification.
- Must exhibit superb communication skills.
- Takes initiative in work, seeks out additional information, and offers solutions/suggestions.
- Shares on-call responsibilities/shifts as required
