Customer Service Representative
Insulectro, a Leading National Distributor is seeking an Inside Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative who is a highly motivated team player with the ability to work within a fast-paced organization. In this role you will have daily contact with our customers and have the product knowledge to support their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have working experience in a customer service role interacting with customers over the phone in the electronics or related industry. This is a full-time position located in our Londonderry, New Hampshire facility.


Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Incoming and outgoing phone interaction with customers
• Use and maintain Salesforce CRM software for leads and new opportunities
• Participate in order/quote analysis to maintain profitability
• Interact with customers to gain knowledge of upcoming needs and forecast accordingly
• Prepare quotes and input process orders and returns; provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
• Interface with all departments to resolve customer related issues
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed; follow up with customers after sales transactions to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, resolve any complaints and identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
• Increase sale and average order size by utilizing cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale item techniques
• Educate customers about terminology, system tools and features, and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Oracle experience is a plus
