SpyCloud is Hiring a Remote Director of Product Marketing

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MARKETING

SpyCloud is on a mission to keep companies and consumers safe from data breaches, account takeover and online fraud. We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our team and build on our track record of excellence in bringing new cybersecurity and anti-fraud products to market, represent SpyCloud externally and marketing internally, and achieve alignment across our Product & Go-To-Market functions as we grow our portfolio and drive demand in new markets.

About the Role:

Reporting into the VP, Marketing, you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of our go-to-market plans, leveraging our highly capable and growing team. You’ll build strong partnerships across the business, from Product to Sales, Solution Engineering and Customer Success, to Brand and Demand Marketing to ensure readiness for new products, understanding of the competition, and consistency in messaging.

The right candidate has a proven track record in product marketing and previous experience in the cybersecurity or anti-fraud market. They are both strategic and hands-on where needed, able to direct the team’s activities but also draft content. They should also be able to represent SpyCloud externally for webinars and other speaking engagements.

SpyCloud is headquartered in Austin, TX, but offers a flexible work model allowing for this to be a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our product lifecycle management including launches, feature releases, go-to-market strategy, cross-functional alignment, and measurement
  • Work closely with Product Management to develop clearly articulated product positioning, value props, personas, and differentiated messaging
  • Partner across the GTM org to ensure understanding of our account takeover prevention and anti-fraud solutions, with a focus on the value they deliver
  • Collaborate with Demand Marketing to create innovative campaigns that drive demand, including digital, videos, social media, email, and event-specific messages
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing and leverage external resources to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive content for generating demand and nurturing leads
  • Guide the team in creating effective sales assets and presentations, and delivering training in partnership with our Sales Enablement function
  • Understand the competitive landscape and enable Sales & Business Development functions to capably position our products in the market
  • Represent SpyCloud via internal and external speaking engagements
  • Mentor and grow a team of top product marketing talent

Requirements:

  • 7 years in a cybersecurity product marketing role, with experience leading teams
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically astute and analytical
  • Experience with high growth enterprise SaaS
