Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, energetic intern to work closely with our Client Success Managers to help support our clients. The Client Success Specialst Intern position is an excellent introduction to the world of client success, account management, and the web development process. You will get hands-on experience and work directly with clients, the Client Success Management team, and the teams charged with delivering projects. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to client emails and assist with client support questions.
  • Ensure that the Client Support Services team is addressing client support requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist the CSM team with emails, scheduling, meeting prep, meeting notes, project updates, invoicing, and client onboarding.
  • Help build relationships with clients through communications, recognition, and engagement.
  • Pull data/metrics and reports at the request of the CSM team.
  • Update our CRM tool with additional client opportunities and status of existing opportunities.
  • Assist with client strategy documentation updates.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Digital Strategists, and Creative and Technology team members to help them understand client needs and expectations.
  • Help ensure clients understand the project process, decision points, and impact of changes.

Required Qualifications​​​​​​

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, with many different personality types.
  • Ability to switch between projects quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to determine a client's comfort level with technology and tailor conversations for effective communication.
  • A final year college student or recent graduate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Trustworthy and self-sufficient.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Ability to dedicate an average of 20 hours per week (during weekdays).
