As one of the foundational hires in our Implementation organization, you will have the opportunity to shape how we onboard partners as we execute our mission to dramatically expand access to healthcare. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful launches that address the needs of our partners and their patient. Our Implementation Managers continually drive business value for our partners’ while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing. What You Will Do* On-board and guide partners to enable a seamless implementation experience.* Manage partner implementations and clinician onboarding, including timeline development and management, scoping, workflow design, and training.* Facilitate cross-functional coordination across partnerships, operations, product, and engineering to deliver on-time go-lives that meet and exceed partner expectations* Report on partner implementation status and proactively escalate risks* Develop strong, lasting partner relationships and deep understandings of our partners’ organizations and patient populations* Responsible for an “on-time” go-live as planned/promised* Act as an internal advocate for partners during onboarding, translating actionable partner feedback to cross-functional internal teams* Own development and continuous improvement of our implementation process and documentation Requirements* 5 years in a partner-facing role * Strong interpersonal skills and experience in quickly building partner relationships* History of success in an implementation manager role, or equivalent in a dynamic, start-up environment* Previous experience in technology and/or healthcare companies.* Have a continuous improvement mindset and contribute to the process of the team* Excellent verbal and written communication. * A Bachelor's degree is required This is a role where we prefer the candidate be sitting in Salt Lake City, Boston, or Atlanta. Travel would be required 25% -30%.
