Sprinklr is looking for an upbeat self-starter to join IT team. Whether tackle network problems, showing up early for all-staff calls, maintaining our fleet of thousands of laptops, or training our staff on our platforms and tools, you approach every problem as an opportunity to learn and are eager to grow in a very fast-paced tech environment.

  • Global Support for all Sprinklr users.
  • Tracking & documenting of all support activities through Zendesk.
  • Supporting primarily macOS, some Windows, and all common office software and applications such as Microsoft, Adobe and cloud SaaS products.
  • Perform laptop setup and inductions for users, hardware fix and repair locally & globally.
  • Implementation of applications and software upgrades, as well as solve and tuning for users.
  • Communicate and detail fix techniques and standard methodologies.
  • Perform endpoint management deployment and anti-virus security.
  • Work with IT Management to regularly supervise and improve the delivery of IT systems and support.
  • Understand, analyze and research new technical problems when needed.
  • 3 years consistent record within Enterprise IT.
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote team members and colleagues.
  • Experience working with vendors, consultants, 3rd party integrators.
  • Prior experience with G Suite and MacOS administration a MUST.
  • Solid grasp of Networking (Meraki), Fleet Management (JAMF), and SSO platforms helpful.
  • Proven success in a support capacity in previous roles.
  • You are the person your family comes to with computer problems
  • You understand a culture of service and approach problems with a beginner’s mindset.
  • No job is too large or too small for you - You are comfortable wearing many hats.
  • Demonstrable record of self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • You are a people person and enjoy supporting your colleagues!
  • Quick learner, proactive individual with a dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • You are methodical and detail oriented!
  • You hate the sight of messy cables. Right angles and cable management excite you. If you have not guessed we have a sense of humor!
