Springworks Therapeutics is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Stamford, CT

This role is a remote role with ability to be in Stamford, CT at least 2 times a month

Your Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for executing on the SpringWorks People Strategy within assigned business units. This role acts as a trusted advisor to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives while proactively resolving people and business matters throughout the employee life cycle. The Human Resource Business Partner serves as a liaison for all people and organization needs such as talent management, labor relations, employment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, and inclusion and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the Commercial Leadership team and other assigned business areas to drive people priorities of a growing organization and prepare for launch of first drug.
  • Supports build-out of Sales field team and partners with Sales team on all HR-related matters.
  • Executes companywide programs (workforce planning, year-end performance and salary review, organizational change) within assigned business areas.
  • Partners with managers in the implementation of corporate priorities related to human resources, organizational and employee development within assigned business areas.
  • Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues attempting to resolve employee relation matters with a systematic approach.
  • Works closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive employee experience and support SpringWorks’ culture.
  • Works in conjunction with Talent Attraction and Human Resource Operations to ensure seamless delivery of Human Resource services to the organization

Your Education & Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field
  • 7 Years of experience in related role
  • 3 Years of experience in HR partnering with Commercial/ Sales organizations
  • Life Sciences industry experience, preferably in Biotech
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Proven acuity in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to coach employees and management
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to influence key decisions and stakeholders as an individual contributor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
