Your Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for executing on the SpringWorks People Strategy within assigned business units. This role acts as a trusted advisor to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives while proactively resolving people and business matters throughout the employee life cycle. The Human Resource Business Partner serves as a liaison for all people and organization needs such as talent management, labor relations, employment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, and inclusion and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning.
