Mission:

Serve as senior level resource for higher-level, key and high-priority positions based in corporate headquarters and holds responsibility for full life cycle recruitment for these positions. Ensures that positions are staffed with the most qualified, "best fit" candidates in the shortest time possible, while keeping recruitment costs low while maintaining confidentiality of information. Analyzes recruitment data and makes recommendations to improve the staffing process. Company expert on recruiting software and training on the program. Identifies opportunities to improve processes and works with appropriate team members to evaluate changes and determine next steps.

Objectives:

  • Aggressively and creatively source top-notch professionals nationwide who are results oriented and success minded through full life cycle recruiting. 
  • Conducts hiring processes that ensure top-quality candidates for hiring managers, and ensure a positive service-oriented experience for all candidates.
    • The process includes all activities from the initial point of contact through the hiring decision 
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS and recruiting resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) to source, contact, and develop relationships with potential applicants
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive employment landscape, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top candidates and compete in a competitive market.
  • Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation based on candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization.
  • Schedule and lead regular recruiting update and strategy meetings with key stakeholders including members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Assist in the sourcing of passive candidates for open requisitions
  • Keep recruiting folder up to date with proper documents
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to increase efficiency throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Facilitate, analyze market place changes and recommend redeployment strategies.
  • Monitor and recommend changes to improve all recruitment costs, including advertising, employment fees, sourcing, turnover and more.
  • Act as liaison with area employment and other recruiting resources including online job boards, processing and checking agency and advertising billings, liaison with temporary agencies, recording status of authorized positions within the corporations.
  • Assist in development and presentation of training classes when appropriate. (ie. Behavioral Interviewing)
  • Tracks and analyzes trends, shares the information with the appropriate team members, and makes recommendations for process improvements based on the feedback.
  • Provide support in projects and assignments, as needed, to assure personnel policies, procedures, and programs are in force.
  • Assists with talent assessment process as part of the overall staffing function.
  • Ensure that customer needs are met by integrating them into recruiting processes.
  • Communicates with a diverse group of customers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
  • Assists with affirmative action initiatives.
  • Recommends changes in office practices or procedures and improves workflow processes in the department. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field required.
  • 7 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment, preferably within the staffing industry or a corporate recruitment role with a mid to large size complex organization 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate results, status and concerns effectively to management.
  • Strong computer and system acumen including significant experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS)
  • Expert with various sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and others 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office programs effective & efficiently
  • Exceptionally high degree of professionalism and integrity
