The Moorings at Lewes is seeking Dishwasher/Utility Workers to assist in the Kitchen. Responsibilities: •Operate dish machines in a sanitary fashion•Clean food production utensils, pots and pans using accepted technique for proper sanitation•Maintain floors in a sanitary fashion•Maintain food production equipment in a sanitary manner, i.e. cutters, skillets, steam kettles, etc,•Clean all areas and equipment assigned, including all walls and surfaces in area of responsibility•Check-in and store food and non-food deliveries in a sanitary manner. •Label, date and store foods in designated areas.Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferredExperience: Restaurant or experience in a similar setting Springpoint is working with Morrison Living for dining services.
