We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. At Springpoint, the RSC is responsible for developing and promoting a variety of activities which provide opportunities for socialization across religious, ethnic, and intergenerational backgrounds of the residents, families, and the community. The RSC ensures that the needs of all residents are met, and services are provided utilizing State, Federal and local agencies. Responsibilities:Develop and implement case management services to all residents.Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.Assist with move-in and orientation of new residents.Monitor and maintain records reflecting all residents’ physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Document resident incidents.Participate and promote interactive problem-solving with staff.
