Stonebridge At Montgomery in Skillman, NJ has an excellent opportunity FT evenings, and PT weekends for an experienced Registered Nurse.Provides nursing care to residents and supervises LPNs and CNAs assigned.Assume basic responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services on the Unit in accordance with established nursing standardsPerform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.Provide medications and treatment to residents.Assist with physician rounds.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Must have completed an appropriate nurse training program and possess a valid New Jersey RN license.Two (2) years experience in long term care preferred.Excellent benefit package: health, dental, and vision.
