The Oaks of Denville seeking a Full-time, Housekeeping Team Lead.The Housekeeping Team Lead will maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and comfortable environment in the Community.Job Functions:Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned.Routine cleaning of resident rooms (e.g. sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash baskets, etc.). Scour and polish all bathroom apparatus.Clean, sanitize, dust and vacuum all areas of the community on a daily basis.Abide by all infection control standards of the department.Follow all safety procedures of the department and community.Attend in-service training as required.Maintain records, inventory and schedules, initiate work schedules and time spent on tasks.Ensure that all personnel performing tasks that involve potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals participate in appropriate in-service training programs prior to performing such tasks.Coordinate housekeeping services and activities with other related departments (dietary, nursing, etc.).Ensure that adequate supplies and equipment are maintained to meet the daily needs of the community and residents.Bi-lingual a plusFrequently works on computer system to perform data entry, communicate via e mail and phone with staff and residents.Excel experience a plus.Must possess good organizational skills and have attention to detail.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent.1 year of experience in supervisory role or leading staff.Competitive Wages/Medical/Dental/Vision/401k and many perks!#INDHIGH
