The Atrium at Navesink Harbor in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team!Deliver an outstanding culinary experience as the Executive Chef in a Springpoint Senior Living Community. Under the oversight of the Director of Dining Services, the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary and dietary services.Responsibilities:Inspect food for palatability, temperature, portion and qualityResponsible for seasonal menu creationCoordinate staffing and schedulingManage inventory / cost controlEnsure cleanliness, maintain sanitation, and ensuring the highest quality culinary excellenceEstablish departmental standards such as recipe creation and par levelsImplement sanitation fundamentalsImplement standardized training and ensure complianceEducation/Experience: College degree preferred. (Culinary preferred), ServSafe Certification Required. Experience working as a Chef in a fine restaurant, country club or hotel preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
