You will interact closely with our residents and have regular opportunities to make a positive impact in their lives and the lives of your coworkers.
Description:
1. Deliver a high level of customer service, taking ownership of resident requests and ensuring resolution. Follow-up as necessary to ensure completion and resident satisfaction.
2. Escort residents in company vehicles to nearby medical appointments.
3. Escort residents in company vehicles throughout campus.
4. Serve as backup for other on campus security and transportation needs.
5. Deliver a high level of customer service, taking ownership of resident requests and ensuring resolution.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age with valid NC driver's license, CDL preferred but not required
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills required. Must be mature, courteous, patient and hard working with sincere concern for senior citizens.
