Reporting to the Associate Creative Director of Brand Storytelling, the Creative Producer is responsible for fielding, managing, and producing requests from internal stakeholders, as well as, collaborating with a team of writers and designers to produce high quality, top of class content to captivate and engage our audiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • End to end support in the development and production of all things media from explainer videos and webinar cutdowns to large brand campaigns.
  • Responsible for crafting and receiving briefs that share stories about various audiences/stakeholders and the impact the brand has on their lives.
  • Responsible for media management & management of video hosting platforms
  • Story producing - discovering stories to tell both within our member populations and culture at large.
  • Manage Pre-production process - Budget creation, sourcing/organizing equipment, crew, travel, accommodation etc., defining logistics with clients and third parties.
  • Managing creative reviews from internal stakeholders and agency partners on produced media. Ensuring feedback is represented in future builds and content is iterated accordingly.
  • Creatively repurposing content from Webinars, doc shoots and other previously captured material for use on various channels and platforms.
  • Write and develop creative - including ad campaigns and nonfiction stories.
  • Be able to work both independently and interdependently on work that is both self generated as well as sourced from other teams.
  • Develop relationships with the other departments within marketing and amongst the larger organization.
  • Attend shoots as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and process (new technological implementations, ways of working with other teams, delivery methods, etc.)

What we expect from you:

  • 7 years of multimedia production experience.
  • Considerable knowledge of the current video climate including tools, tech and contemporary stylistic approaches. Advanced understanding and working knowledge of post production. Must be fluent in Adobe software including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Audition
  • Forward thinking. Innovative Ideas on how media can and will evolve and the ability to apply this thinking practically.
  • 5 years of experience structuring and managing productions with budgets exceeding 100k
  • Strong Documentary Interviewing skills. Listening skills and the capacity to connect with a wide range of people is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience with pre-interviews in a sensitive and delicate environment, and the ability to determine story fit.
  • You have a sincere interest in understanding the state of mental health in our time and how to translate personal learnings, discoveries and insights into compelling creative and grounded storytelling.
  • You are interested in growing, learning, and developing skills in storytelling.

  • You're capable of meeting deadlines and working under daily time constraints.

The target salary range for this position is $86,000 - $110,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
