Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

• Registered Nurse (RN) with effective leadership & supervisory skills in a long-term care setting.
• Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
• COVID vaccinination required.
