The People Operations Manager is a member of the global People Team and Site Management Team, while reports directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO). As the HR Site Leader for our Beloit facility, the incumbent is responsible for partnering with the leadership by providing a full range operational leadership and support to employees with a strong focus on developing and implementing best-in-class People programs. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruiting, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law Compliance, Training and Development, and Maintaining a Safe Work Environment. The incumbent is expected to be a team player and actively strive to build effective working relationships based on mutual respect and trust with fellow managers and other employees. This position carries a high level of autonomy and accountability.

How You Will Contribute:

You will:

· Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance.

· Lead and advise on talent management practices related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, approving job requisitions.

· Advocate, promote and effectively manage the site environment, evaluating the site culture and employee relations issues; and ensure that management is aware of and proactively responds to employee engagement issues.

· Identify and analyze workforce development trends, determining training needs for the site and translates the requirements into training and development programs.

· Leverage data in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.

· Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate growth and operational excellence.

· Provide guidance to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.

What You Will Bring

You will bring experience and knowledge in:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

· 7 or more years of HR functional experience.

· Preferred but not a must – has worked with in manufacturing environments.

· Familiar with and has worked in Business Partnering role.

· Thorough understanding of Federal/State employment laws (e.g., EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, Unemployment Insurance Administration, and Worker’s Compensation).

· HR expert with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance.

· Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within Foods/Beverage or Pharma/Life Science manufacturing.

· Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders.

· Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.

· Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.

You will:

· Lead and advises on talent management practices related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility.

· Leads recruiting efforts by building awareness of the talent within the markets, networking and pipelining talent. Managing onboarding programs to ensure retention.

· Make people development a priority; advises and coaches managers to drive high performance. Leads agenda on talent, employee engagement, DEI, change management.

· Oversee benefits and wellness programs. Create/recommend benefits plan designs that are effective in attracting and retaining employees.

· Build end-to-end capabilities that growth and operational excellence.

· Drives self-serve adoption while continuously seeking opportunities to simplify and improve effectiveness of delivery.

· Enable business decisions with human capital insights. Custodian of org health data.

· Will be accountable for overhead management, in partnership with Finance and business leaders.

· Ensure all safety procedures and practices are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
