**Sales Manager - Pittsburgh**

Joyce Factory Direct is looking to add an experienced sales manager. We manufacture our own Windows, Sunrooms and Acrylic Bath Systems, giving us a competitive advantage over our competitors. This location is new to the market and has been run by the Home Office, but it has grown to the point that it needs its own local supervision. We generate a significant number of appointments weekly through multiple sources including, an Events Team, a Canvass Team, and a 7-day a week Call Center. This is just part of the national support you'll receive from the Home Office as well as other top performing locations to keep expanding, and helping our customers improve their lives by improving their homes.

What We Offer:

* Total Compensation Package Between $100-150k

* National Support in Lead Generation, Recruiting, Scheduling, and Customer Service

* Extensive Lead Generation Program with Canvass and Event Teams, and a 350 calling hours per week Call Center

What You'll Do:

* Design and Implement Business Plan to Expand Customer Base

* Set Objectives for Existing Team of 8 Salespeople

* Coach One-Call Close Techniques to Increase % of Appointments Closed

* Hire and Train New Salespeople as Growth Mandates

What We're Looking For:

* 5 years Sales Management; Less with Focus on In-Home Sales, OR

* 10 years In-Home or Home Remodeling Sales

* Motivated by Connecting Customers with Premium Products

* History of Urgent Solution-Driven Performance
