The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration, analysis, and delivery of SpotOn’s health & welfare and retirement programs. This role will have a significant impact in evaluating, evolving and administering SpotOn’s benefits offerings to ensure they are effective and competitive, while helping us find new ways to improve the employee experience. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards.
