SpotOn is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist at SpotOn, you will audit incoming applications and pricing proposals to ensure that all sales are accurate and follow current SpotOn ToS and pricing minimums.

You will:

• Bill accounts with a high degree of accuracy based on proposals and applications.
• Billing Specialist will also calculate if the requested pricing is in line with company policy/guidelines.
• Ensure all billing requests are signed by the appropriate party, and if not, initiate an email conversation with the responsible party to ensure correction.
• Bill deposits for all new accounts, and apply them against the invoice balance after settlement.
• Set up 0% financing plans for approved new merchants.
• Coordinate and/or issue refunds/credit memos based on incoming requests from within the company.
• Correspond with colleagues from other departments about all questions regarding bills.
• Data entry and clerical work related to regular billing as well as special promotions.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of mathematics and arithmetic - Specific ability to calculate percentages
• High organizational skills 
• High attention to detail 
• High critical thinking skills 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel OR Google Sheets 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• SalesForce experience preferred
• NetSuite experience required
